<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY</strong></p>
<p>Preference will be given to applicants who serve as faculty members of state and private institutions of higher education in Indonesia. Applicants will possess:</p>
<ul>
<li>a Bachelor (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale)</li>
<li>leadership qualities</li>
<li>a good understanding of Indonesian and international cultures a</li>
<li>demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study</li>
<li>a willingness to return to Indonesia upon completion of the Fulbright-DIKTI program</li>
<li>a minimum institutional TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0</li>

<p>This scholarship covers full fees for boarding and 50% of tuition fees at Nexus International School, Putrajaya. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Beasiswa Belajar Bersama Bang AFIM 2011</strong> &#8211; Ini dia kabar gembira bagi kamu mahasiswa yang mengenyam pendidikan di seluruh Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) di berbagai daerah di Nusantara. Tersedia program beasiswa <em>Belajar Bersama Bang AFIM</em> bagi kamu mahasiswa S-1 yang berprestasi secara akademis dan memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk belajar namun mengalami kesulitan keuangan dalam membiayai kegiatan perkuliahan di PTN tersebut.</p>
<p><span id="more-83"></span><strong>Belajar Bersama Bang AFIM merupakan program Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) Montpellier, Prancis bersama masyarakat Prancis-Indonesia di Montpellier dan didukung oleh beberapa asosisasi yang bergerak di bidang kemanusiaan.</strong></p>
<p>Program beasiswa ini meliputi <strong>biaya SPP, biaya hidup bulanan, pembelian buku-buku maupun referensi kuliah, serta bimbingan akademik.</strong></p>
<p>Persyaratan untuk mendaftar pun cukup sederhana. Kamu harus memenuhi lima kriteria, yakni terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa S-1 di semua PTN, minimal semester tiga; menyertakan satu lembar CV; menuliskan satu lembar surat motivasi; memiliki prestasi akademik yang baik, dan tentunya memiliki masalah keterbatasan ekonomi dalam membayar biaya perkuliahan.</p>

1. Seni, yang meliputi seni rupa kreatif, yakni kuliner, fashion, desain, dan turunannya. Termasuk juga seni rupa yang mencakup musik, tari, teater, dan lainnya.<br />
2. Studi Lingkungan, dengan kriteria pemilihan, yakni Defisiensi Urbanisasi dan Industri Perencanaan, Deforestasi dan Gradasi Tanah, Hilangnya Keanekaragaman Hayati (Biodiversity), Lintas Batas Atmosfer dan Polusi Pesisir, serta Kondisi Kualitas dan Ketersediaan Air.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Australian Development Scholarships 2011</strong> &#8212; The Australian Government through the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) in cooperation with the government of Indonesia is seeking expressions of interest from eligibile persons interested in post-graduate (Masters &amp; Doctorate) study in Austrlia.</p>
<p><span id="more-76"></span>ADS is a merit-based scholarship program available to persons from the public (government) and open (non-government) sectors. Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria including minimum GPA 2,9, have English language proficiency of at least 5.0 in IELTS, or 500 in Institutional TOEFL, or 39 in TOEFL Internet-based Test (obtained in 2010 or 2011), and be no more than 42 years old at the time of application.</p>
<p>Up to 400 ADS Scholarships are available to commence in 2012-2013, an equal number of awards will be offered to males and females and up to 30% to people in provinces of priority to AusAID. Two-thirds of all scholarships will be allocated to the public sector, and one-third to the open sector.</p>
<p>ADS is open to the following areas of development priority: Sustainable Growth and Economic Management; Democracy, Justice, and Good Governance; Investing in People; and Safety and Peace.</p>
<p><strong>Applications are now OPEN and will be CLOSE on 26th August 2011.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Full scholarship to High School and Pre-University in Singapore</strong> &#8211; Singapore Ministry of Education offers scholarships for students achieving the ASEAN to continue their education at junior high and high school in Singapore, which will end with the exam General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (or equivalent ) Examination. Students who successfully take GCE A-Level Examination with success to continue graduate education at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore Management University (SMU), or Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) through scholarship programs provided by the university concerned.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Beasiswa Pendidikan S2 CIO KemKominfo 2011 </strong>&#8211; Program pasca sarjana Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Magister Teknologi Informasi bersama dengan Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI menyelenggarakan beasiswa pendidikan S2 bagi pegawai negeri sipil untuk program Pascasarjana/S2 <em>Chief Information Officer</em>.</p>
<p><span id="more-71"></span>Beasiswa ini ditawarkan kepada calon mahasiswa terpilih dari lingkungan instansi pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang memiliki outstanding knowledge dan/atau skill dan bermotivasi besar untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan e-Government di Indonesia.</p>
<p><strong>Maksud dan Tujuan</strong></p>
<p>Program Pascasarjana/S2 CIO (Chief Information Officer) ditujukan untuk eksekutif/pengambil kebijakan yang bertanggungjawab mempromosikan TI sebagai sarana peningkatan kualitas birokrasi pemerintahan, baik pada level strategis maupun operasional. Program Pascasarjana/S2 CIO MTI UGM dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM dalam rangka pengembangan e-Government di lembaga pemerintah tingkat pusat maupun daerah.</p>
<p><strong>Ketentuan Umum – Kriteria Calon Penerima Beasiswa</strong><br />
Calon penerima beasiswa diharapkan memenuhi kriteria sebagai berikut:</p>
<ul>
<li>Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang ditempatkan di lembaga-lembaga departemen, non departemen, baik di lingkungan pemerintahan pusat maupun daerah.</li>
<li>Memiliki masa kerja sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun terhitung mulai tanggal diangkat menjadi PNS dalam gelar S1 pada instansi yang bersangkutan.</li>
<li>Bidang kerja yang ditangani terkait dengan pengembangan e-Government di lingkungan asalnya.</li>
<li>Terbuka untuk semua sektor/bidang/dinas di instansi pemerintah.</li>
<li>Usia maksimum 40 tahun pada saat mendaftar.</li>
<li>Belum memiliki gelar S2 dan tidak sedang mengikuti program pendidikan S2 di tempat lain.</li>
<li>Tidak menerima dan/atau sedang menerima beasiswa dari lembaga lain.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Persyaratan</strong><br />
Calon penerima beasiswa diharapkan memenuhi persyaratan sebagai berikut:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ijazah dan transkrip akan akademik S1 yang telah dilegalisir.</li>
<li>IPK S1 minimum 3,0.</li>
<li>Skor minimal TOEFL 450 dari PPB UGM atau ITP-TOEFL oleh institusi yang ditunjuk oleh The Indonesian Internasional Education Foundation.</li>
<li>Skor minimal TPA 500 yang dikeluarkan oleh Bappenas, Puspendik Litbang Diknas dan UGM.</li>
<li>Bagi yang belum memiliki nilai TPA dan/atau TOEFL (seperti point 3 dan 4) diperkenankan mengumpul berkas pendaftaran.</li>
<li>Asal Program Studi S1 memperoleh Akreditasi oleh BAN PT.</li>
<li>Surat rekomendasi dari 2 orang/pihak yang mengetahui kemampuan akademik.</li>
<li>Surat rekomendasi dari pejabat berwenang (minimum pimpinan instansi setingkat Eselon II) yang menjelaskan bahwa bidang kerja yang ditangani terkait dengan pengembangan E-Government.</li>
<li>Proyeksi keinginan dalam mengikuti program S2.</li>
<li>Surat ijin dari instansi/lembaga tempat bekerja.</li>
<li>Surat keterangan jaminan pembayaran.</li>
<li>Surat keterangan sehat dari dokter.</li>
<li>Daftar riwayat hidup.</li>
<li>Pas foto 3×4 sebanyak 2 lembar.</li>
<li>Portofolio berisi penjelasan proyek, penelitian, makalah, atau buku dibidang TI yang pernah dikerjakan selama 3 tahun terkahir (menjadi nilai tambah).</li>
<li>Semua persyaratan dibuat dalam rangkap 2.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Prosedur Aplikasi</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Tidak dipungut biaya pendaftaran.</li>
<li>Calon penerima beasiswa mengunduh dan mengisi berkas pendaftaran yang dapat diunduh disini atau disini(Upload UGM).</li>
<li>Berkas pendaftaran dikirim via pos atau diantar langsung ke kantor Magister Teknologi Informasi UGM.</li>
<li>Paling lambat diterima <strong>29 Juni 2011</strong>. Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat administrasi (shortlisted) akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti tes seleksi TI dan wawancara.</li>

<p><span id="more-67"></span>Research area<br />
The student will work on an interdisciplinary project on study of quantum scattering and conductivity in novel super material graphene aiming at better understanding of the relation between microscopic properties of this material and its macroscopic observed characteristics. The project will be conducted in close collaboration with Igor Zozoulenko (ITN).</p>
<p>Duties<br />
The duties consist of graduate studies and tutorial teaching at most 20 percent of the total work time.</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
Applicants should have a degree on advanced level with at least 60 ECTS credits in mathematics or other subjects with a strong mathematics content.</p>
<p>Appointment procedure<br />
When evaluating applications, the ability to conduct postgraduate studies will be considered primarily.</p>

Normally, the studies are combined with 20 percent tutorial teaching, which gives a period of employment of five years. The total period of employment cannot exceed eight years.</p>

<p>Salary<br />
The commencing salary for a graduate student is at present 22 900 SEK/month. The subsequent salary will be based on locally agreed salary increments.</p>

<p><strong>Step 2：Submission of Application Documents</strong><br />

<p><strong>Step 3: Review and Interview</strong><br />
The admission committee of SIAT will evaluate the application documents and shortlist applicants for further examination or interview. The shortlisted applicants will be notified.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4: Admission</strong><br />

You will be able to take ownership of research projects taking your results to publication and be part of an efficient team to develop tools for different sequencing applications (exom capture, RNA-seq, CHiP-seq).</p>
